1. What can I engrave on my custom rosary?
You can engrave three types of content, all designed to maintain the rosary's solemn yet functional style:
Name: Up to 10 characters (capital letters or numbenumber), such as "MICHAEL" or "MARY0611."
Initials: 1-4 characters, such as "JD" and "TLC" (for family initials).
Special Date: For example, "20230618" (baptism date) or "1111" (Veterans Day).
Note: We do not accept punctuation, emojis, or religious phrases (to avoid conflicting with the existing "Jesus" and cross designs).
2. Where can I customize the rosary? The customization location can be anywhere within the main prayer area. Different styles have different locations; please refer to the images for details. Ensure that: the customization detail is clearly visible when holding or wearing the rosary, but not obtrusive. It also does not interfere with the rosary's rotation during prayer. After placing your order, if you require a change in the location, please contact us through our customer service email.
3. How long does it take to ship a custom rosary?
Standard designs (no customization): Ship within 5-7 business days.
Custom designs: Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for engraving and quality inspection before shipping.

4. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Changes: You can modify your order within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing our support team (contact@mail.ca.christianartworkshop.com) with your order number. After 24 hours, the production process will begin, and changes cannot be made.
Cancellations: Custom orders can be canceled (with a full refund) within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, cancellations are no longer possible (as the materials are custom-made for you).
5. Is the engraving durable? Will it fade or wear off?
Yes, the engraving is highly durable. We use deep laser engraving on the brass "JESUS" accent—unlike surface printing, the design is etched into the metal. It will not fade, scratch off, or wear down even with daily use (e.g., outdoor carry, frequent prayer handling).

Currently, we only offer custom engravings (name, initials, date). The bead and string colors for this style are fixed for now—this ensures the rosary retains its iconic style, making it a favorite with our customers.
